For all Opera lovers the performance of Opera Aida at the Pyramids for the first time in 15 years will be performed at its original location at the foot of the Pyramids
In the pyramids of Giza plateau, Opera Aida’s original location the performance of Aida will take place in association with the Egyptian Cairo Symphony Orchesta along with Maestro David Crescenzi. For the first time in 15 years the Opera will be staged in the setting of the Chefren Pyramid. The opera was written by Guieppe Verdi for the opening of the Suez Canal but was never performed in its original settings. The Opera was firstly performed in 1871 in the Cairo Opera House. The story of Aida depict a legend of love and betrayal. Opera Aida Pyramids 2018 is a life time experience for a Opera lovers it is an opportunity should be seized and not to be missed.
