Itinerary

Deluxe Tours guide will pick you from your hotel in Aswan and transfer to the Kalabsha temple which was originally located 30 miles south but was relocated after the building of the High Dam to avoid its submergence. The temple was started during the Ptolemic rule and finished by the first Roman emperor Augustus. The temple was dedicated to the Nubian God Mandulis. Isis and Osoris were worshiped as well in this temple. The view of lake Nasser and the High Dam are amazing across the hall of the temple. After your visit to the temple proceed to the Nubian Museum which opened in 1997 and it was built in tribute to the region’s indeginous Nubian people. The impressive collection of the Museum is well displayed and labelled.

At the end of the tour return back to your hotel.
